Malzemeler:
* 2 su bardağı pilavlık pirinç
* 2,5 su bardağı su
* Bir kase haşlanmış nohut
* 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağ
* 1 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
* Tuz
Yapılışı: Pirinç tuzlu, sıcak su içinde 45 dk.ıslatılır. Pilav yapılacak tencerede yağı kızdırılır,süzülen ve yıkanan pirinçler içine atılarak iyice kavrulur. Üzerine suyu, nohutu ve tuzu konularak pişirilir.
Afiet Şeker Olsun.
NOT:
* Pilav pirinç ıslatılmadan da yapılır. Bu yöntemle yapıldığında suyu daha fazla konulur.
* Pirinç yağ içinde saydamlaşana kadar kavrulur.
* Su ölçüsü pirinç cinsine göre değişebilir.
* Suyu konulan pilavın önce iyice kaynaması beklenir,sonra altı kısılır.
* Pişen pilavın üzerine kağıt havlu kapatılır. Ateşten indirilir.Sıcak kalması için sofra bezine sarılabilir.
